At Take Over Nail & Lash Supplies, we strive for professional excellence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene standards in the beauty industry, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original, sealed packaging and were purchased within the last 14 days.

  Email our customer care team with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Package Securely

  Place the items in a secure shipping box with the RMA form included to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
